Boot Camp Starts this Monday - Apr 5thOur very next round of boot camp starts this Monday, April 5th. Our camps run one hour a day, three times a week for four weeks, with many locations and times to complete your fitness mission. Choose between our popular "TRX Boot Camp" or our old faithful "Mission Possible Boot Camp". Regardless, all camps make use of TRX Suspension Training in some form, as it is one of the best fitness tools we know of to kick-butt. Our experience and use of TRX sets us apart from other boot camp providers, as Suspension Training is nothing short of incredible. All camps are exclusively for womenexcept for our Cornerstone location in East Kildonan at 6am and 8:30pm. TRX Group Fitness Schedule - Effective Apr 5thTRX group fitness classes are only offered at our 640 King Edward St. location Mon, Wed: 7:00pm Tue, Thu, Fri: 6:00pm Sat: 10:00am and 4:00pm Unlimited monthly: $120.00* Four class pass: $60.00* Unlimited weekly: $40.00* Drop in: $17.00* No Registration is required at this time, so simply show up, as you can select and purchase your program package when you arrive. Classes are offered on a first come - first serve basis as there is limited room available. We have not had to turn anyone away as yet; however we ask that you please arrive up to 20 minutes early if you have a payment to make, as you will also have to successfully complete a Par Q form and a waiver of liability (a requirement to participate). *Payment may be made by VISA, Mastercard, cash or debit at our training Centre in St. James, as we don't offer online registration for group fitness at this time. GST to be added to all prices above, except for the Drop-in class rate which includes GST in the price quoted. The schedule below may change at anytime without notice, so please check this online schedule prior to attending a class.
